Where can I download a Colorado State ID or drivers license template? - novelty drivers license template
I need to download a template for identifying the state of Colorado, or license the driving. I plan to make a joke about Elvis ID for a Halloween costume, and several other new ID's for friends. The ID must be true! =)

I hope that you are unable to do so. "Joke" models can be used illegally. In order to lead another "Elvis" license could be sent to prison.
Google it. There are models for them, but I'm sure you could find someone stupid enough to keep a photo of your license online.
