Running a few more calories than you burn. Remind yourself to the movement, the bicycle across the lower body during the race, you have the arms and rotate the torso to move (and has) no handles / seat. And if you, etc. (or by bicycle in this case) on an uneven surface outdoors (field length), which operate more stabilizers. The same logic applies to muscle mass (even though the heart is not very useful), and muscle. The more muscles to make more difficult training and more efficient.

However, the difference is negligible in the long term. Do what you want more, you can do more and more often, so you get the best results. Or if you just training for the exercise, both if you wish.

It depends on their intensity and the way they run or walk. All things being equal, I chose to race a bike, because it is an exercise in the store. Hiring more stabilizing muscles and have more than their own weight does not sit.

Look in the interval training in the sprint for 10 seconds, then rest for 30 seconds and then run Easy sprint followed by 10 seconds, 30 seconds easy. Next it for 12 minutes. You burn more calories and get in shape faster than if you do not have 45 minutes straight cardio boring.
