Where to find information on land for sale in Vancouver area? - land for sale sign

Hello,

I saw MLS (real estate), ca ", and only found very few options, if not less.

Are there specific resources you can find information about land for sale in the Vancouver area to be found? Initially interested in small batches, with the river, lake, may (have adequate access to the sea still think so;)) prices.

Thank you!

If you opt for a single lot, you can build your own house, there is very little around Vancouver. Therefore, we have found none. Of course, the more you turn more than you can find, but maybe you have to stretch your definition of "Vancouver" and hangs from your sensible idea. Waterfront of any kind are expensive compared to non-beach, I guarantee it. Much has already been built or set aside for farmland. The Vancouver-area lakes virtually no password, are so dass Little River, which is slightly larger than a creek, are primarily used for commercial purposes, parking spaces along the edge or are not suitable for housing for any reason, such as floods possible. In many parts of Vancouver, the people who really want a new house in a certain region or city to demolish often buy old or not so old house and build a larger amount to build. We even have a word that is so common. An old house is in a good neighborhood called9; disassembly.

I just do some research. Some of these may give hints on where you look back at sea on realtor.ca homes and put these numbers in the box at the top of the page that says that the MLS. Note that the least-expensive access only by boat, making it very expensive to build and maintain, at regular intervals.

You will not find small lots with a river, lake, sea or affordable access to the inside or near Vancouver. They have left the city for them. Try some of the largest real estate companies - for example, Remax - and they ask if they have a list. Your only other option would be to select an area where you want to be seen and consultation with the Council, whether held all sales.
